About the IBCC
At the Indoor Bowls Club of Calgary, our mission is to foster a passionate indoor bowling community and promote the sport throughout the city.
The IBCC is a new not-for-profit organization that was founded in January 2026, with already 70+ registered members across Calgary’s current indoor bowling groups.
Our 5-Year Plan: Build an indoor lawn bowling facility operating in Calgary
How are we achieving this?
- Providing indoor lawn bowling programming
- Seeking a partnership with a recreational facility to start indoor “Short Mat” bowling
- Apply in early 2027 for casino funding and government grants
